ES1 and stage1 Excursion

Brooms Head We will be going on an excursion to Brooms Head next Friday 2 March 2018 for a beach walk, sand castle making, walk around the headland and picnic lunch. This is a social excursion to welcome students and parents to the new school year. It will also link to lessons in the classroom. Who: Students from KS, 1RP, 2R, staff and parents When: Friday 2 March 2018 Time: Leave school at 9:30am. Return 1:30pm. Where: Brooms Head Beach and surrounds Cost: $5-00 per student. Transport: Wards Bus Company Why: To reward students who have been respectful, responsible and safe. To provide experiences for class writing, and art lessons. To meet in a social situation. Bring: School uniform, hat, food, plenty of water, sunscreen, towel (we may need to wash off some sand), enclosed footwear (no thongs or sandals).
